This Week's Little Man's Funny Quote Friday is brought to you in part by a sick Little Man. He's had a cold for 2 days now and been up both nights coughing and hacking. Last night he woke up for the 20th time at 4:30am, and now those of you that know Little Man know this is odd behavior as he usually goes to bed and stays in bed until its time to get up, no ifs ands or buts. But at 4:30.. even though nothing seems like it can be funny at that time in the morning.. he amused the heck outta me. He opened his door and said:
      
"I can't like sleeping Mommy, I need to party with my cars"


He said this in between coughs and hacks and telling me his throat hurts. What's funny is that he said it all mopey and tired like.. he then crawled back into his bed and tried to sleep muttering something about his cars are awake and he "no feel well"

This week’s “Little Man’s Funny Quote Friday” is being published on Saturday. Yes, I know. If it’s Funny Quote Friday then I should be publishing it on Friday and not Saturday because then the title of the segment doesn’t make any sense.  However, Yesterday I encountered some technical difficulties which would not allow me to post and I refuse to let this week’s go unposted.

Little Man has quite the sense of humor lately and is totally saying some really interesting things especially considering that he has started using the potty, so this week has presented me a with a plethora of funny quotes to publish and I have had a hard time picking just one. But of course, I have had to choose. So now, without further delay I present to you; “Little Man’s Funny Quote Friday – Temporarily on Saturday!”

The other day we were getting ready to go out for our daily walk. Little Man went and grabbed his shoes and then dissapeared. He came back to me and Dropped my flip flips on the floor beside my feet and started trying to put them on for me.  I looked at him and asked him why he was doing that and he replied with:

"Mommy, don't hurt Baby Girl. Relax."

I am not sure if this should be considered funny because I honestly almost cried. It was so sweet that he wanted to help me do something because he knows I am pregnant. I wasn't quite sure that he got it until then. He must hear his Daddy telling me to relax and take it easy sometimes because of Baby Girl. But I thanked him and gave him the biggest hug in the world and we giggled that Mommy was Cinderella.

Welcome Back to "Little Man's Funny Quote Fridays!" This week was funny as heck. I was standing in the kitchen doing dishes and Little Man was off playing in the living room. He all of a sudden came flying into the kitchen. I turned off the water and dried my hands thinking he wanted a snack or a drink or something of that nature. I got down to his level and said "Little Man, What do you need?" He said:

"Ummm, I need a Haircut"

And then he started running his fingers through his hair. This made me laugh. I have no idea why he said that, where he got it from or how he knew it was true.. but it was just so random!

Welcome back to this week's funny quote Friday! This week's was NOT hard to come up with at all. In fact it was quite amusing. Now, this DOES give me the "Bad Mommy" award but I have to admit my faults and we all do/say things that we wish we hadn't every once in a while.

Last weekend was very busy, we had lots to do and lots of places to go. Husband/Daddy was playing with Little Man in the living room and I was cleaning the kitchen and getting dinner organized. Husband/Daddy went and laid down on the couch and said: "I could fall asleep right now." My response was a quick: "If you do that I will punch you in the face." Now, of course I was joking but honestly, I am so sick of him falling asleep on the couch when I am in the middle of doing something, and then of course Little Man comes and bugs me right in the middle. So I continued cleaning, all of a sudden I hear a couple snores come out of the living room... so I look out and sure enough Husband/Daddy is falling asleep. That exact second Little Man hears his snores too, walks up to Husband/Daddy pokes him and says very sweetly:

"Daddy?! Punch in the face!?"

and then proceeds to poke him gently in the nose. (he doesn't know what punching is... thank goodness) Now Of course, that is wrong, and on so many levels just hilarious, and I had to tell Little Man that wasn't nice and he hasn't said it since.. Thank goodness. I learned my lesson that day..

Welcome back to "Little Man's Funny Quote Friday!" This week`s quote was awesome! Children are so innocent it makes me smile. The other day when we had to take a cab home because it was raining so much... Yep, that wonderful Monday! Well We got into the cab. Little Man got all buckled in. The Man was a nice older man with a big old bald spot in the middle of the back of his head. Little Man Looked at me and said very loudly:

"Mommy, That Man has hole in his hair!!"

I shhh'd him the best I could and Thankfully the cab driver thought it was funny... and we all got home safely.

This Week's Quote was as always a difficult one to come up with. He always says so many funny things and I just don't know which ones to pick to post. Well the other day we were driving in the car and the moon was out. Funny thing is it wasn't night time or anything. When Little Man noticed this he started commenting on it. I said: "But Little Man, it's not night time what is the moon doing in the sky?" He replied with:

"I talked to the Moon and Telled it to wake up!"

My Little Man speaks to the moon. I laughed pretty hard at this one.

This week has proven to be rather insane. The Internet on my phone is all I have had all day and waiting it out has proven to be a waste of time. So today's funny quote will have to be fixed as soon as I can get on a computer. But until then:

The other day Husband/Daddy turned to Little Man and said: "aww you're my muffin" lovingly. Little Man turned around, gave daddy the look of pure anger and said:

"I'm not a muffin, I'm Little Man!"

And he was very serious and obviously offended. It was amusing.

Welcome back to my weekly "Little Man's Funny Quote Fridays!" This week was certainly hard to figure out. But I finally have one. It's rather simple, but I found it to be rather comical. Little Man and I were walking around the house this evening cleaning up his toys before bed. He looked up at me and said:
 "Mommy No bed" and when Daddy piped up from the kitchen and said "Little Man it IS bedtime." Little Man Looked back at Husband/Daddy scrunched up his face in an angry little scowl and said:

"No Daddy, I talkin to Mommy please."

It kinda cracked me up because 1) He thought my response was going to be any different than Husband/Daddy's... (and it wasn't) and 2) Because I have NO idea where he got that from!

This weeks was pretty funny to me. It was easy to tell what I was going to use for my post today. Husband/Daddy was laying on the couch in the living room, he was relaxed.. and when I say relaxed I mean relaxed. Relaxed enough to let himself pass gas. Little man started laughing and ran up to Husband/Daddy and started sniffing the air. Husband/Daddy being the weirdo he was asked "What does Daddy's Bubbles smell like?"


Little man Looked back at him scrunched up his face and came to the most obvious conclusion:

"Ewww Daddy Bubbles smell like Poop"

Well, that was enough to throw both Husband/Daddy and I into a laughing fit. I know it was an obvious answer but he was so matter of fact about it, and we really weren't expecting that.

This week proved to be an easy selection when it came to Little Man's Funny Quote. 

I put him in the bathtub last night and as he was splashing around and playing he made quite the observation that I REALLY couldn't help but laugh at. I hope no one finds this inappropriate but I just HAD to post it.

Welcome back to "Little Man's Funny Quote Fridays!"

This week as usual was hard to decide what to put on here for his funny quote has he tends to have some interesting things to say all the time.

Today I decided to go with something that made me giggle this morning. I was laying in bed with Husband/Daddy. His alarm had just gone off and I had been laying awake for quite some time. All of a sudden our door opens, Little man had reached over his baby gate and opened the door.

Little Man Says:

"Hey! Hey You Guys! Daddy Work Time.. Mommy HOT WHEELS.... NOW"

I guess we were told.. We know our roles now...

Well, Once again there have been a full week of funny things little man has said to me.. and I had to pick just one. There were a few men on top of a roof on one of the houses behind us here. Little man was standing at the back door and yelling:

I just laughed as he lectured grown men.

This was said while sitting at the dinner table last night, Husband/Daddy passed gas and Little Man looked at me and said:
